Data Protection Management

A clear structure and defined responsibilities are the foundation of any sustainably successful data protection management. We help you to embed data protection principles within your company, establish accountability, and foster a lasting data protection culture through policies and training.

Legal background

The accountability principle (Art. 5(2) GDPR) and the responsibility of the controller (Art. 24 GDPR) require the establishment of systematic data protection management.

This includes implementing appropriate technical and organisational measures, as well as internal processes, to ensure and be able to demonstrate compliance with data protection principles. The principles of data protection by design and by default (Art. 25 GDPR) must be taken into account from the outset.

Our support for you

As your external data protection officer, we provide comprehensive advice on establishing and maintaining effective data protection management to meet the complex legal frameworks.

We support you in developing and reviewing internal policies, establishing clear processes and responsibilities, and raising awareness among your employees through practical training sessions.

The goal is to create a sustainable structure within your company that enables you to systematically meet data protection requirements and manage risks appropriately.
